  1. Take a bowl and add khoya, coffee powder, aara flour and milk and then knead it for 3 to 4 minutes and then stuff it with cashew and make balls.
  2. Now fry them. Take another pan and add oil, onion and roast it.
  3. Now add clove, cardamom, white pepper powder, salt, watermelon seeds and cashew. Now roast it.
  4. Now let it come to room temperature and then crush it. Now take a pan and add ghee and butter and add chilli ginger paste and after 1 or 2 minutes add the crushed mixture in it.
  5. Now roast it until the ghee is shown up, now add malai in it..
  6. Now take the serving plate and put the koftas in it and then pour gravy on it and then serve it.
